Who handles your data
DeRossi is responsible for the data collected on this site. To ask about it, use the house's WhatsApp or Instagram, @derossi_design.
What is collected
Only what you type into the order questionnaire: first and last name, WhatsApp, email, city, and your choices for the piece — model, scale, colour and covering. Nothing is collected unless you fill it in.
What it is for
To put together the proposal for your piece and to talk to you about it. The authorisation you tick before sending is what allows that contact on WhatsApp and by email.
Who it is shared with
Three services the house uses so no order is lost: a database (Supabase), an email service (Resend) and the sales system (GoHighLevel). Nobody else receives it. Your data is never sold or used for third-party advertising.
For how long
For as long as the conversation about your piece and your relationship with the house last. You can ask for deletion before that, at any time.
Your rights
Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) gives you the right to confirm, access, correct, port and delete your data, and to withdraw your contact authorisation whenever you want. Just ask through one of the channels above.
Site measurement
The site counts visits and button clicks (Vercel Analytics), with no identifying cookie and with no link between that count and your name.
